Atty. Eduardo T. Reyes, III.
Founding Partner
He is the founding partner of the firm. He finished his Bachelor of Arts Major in English at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City in 1995. He proceeded to the University of San Agustin School of Law immediately and graduated in 1999 at the top of his batch with Cum Laude Honors and as class valedictorian. He proceeded to work as associate and later as junior partner at the Reyes Law Office from 2000- 2012 and then founded his own firm in 2012.
Since then, Attorney Reyes III has been litigating land cases, property disputes, criminal defense and prosecution as well as various damage suits. He is an all-around legal adviser to companies in various legal concerns required for their incorporation, their operations and corporate expansions. He has been actively consulted by large firms needing advice on closure procedures, which process cuts-across several areas in law from labor to civil and criminal law issues that demand comprehensive legal guidance.
His legal proficiency is also being tapped by Local Government Units and Public Officers in terms of legal concerns of a proprietary nature or in the latter’s private capacity.
He previously taught Corporate Law at the University of Iloilo and is presently a professor at the University of San Agustin School of Law handling Civil Law Review, Evidence, Administrative Law, Negotiable Instruments Law and Property. He also used to teach Land Registration, Public Land Act, Corporation Law and has conducted Bar Review lectures in Civil Law and Remedial Law.
He is a legal visionary and is the brand name that is emblazoned across the law firm as a going-concern and while engagement of the firm is welcome to all who are in need of competent legal service, he meticulously sifts through would-be clients to ensure that while legal representation is public service, it should not compromise ethics, decency, propriety, professionalism and public respect.
Atty. Mayla Alborote-Fermin
Senior Associate
She graduated from the University of Iloilo Law School and proceeded to work at the legal department of Panay Electric Company. She then joined the law firm of Delicana and Legaspi where she nurtured her skills in land registration and titling. She is also maintaining a roster of retainer clients attending to their day to day legal needs. She joined the ET Reyes III & Associates Law Firm in 2015 and since then until the present, she has been specializing in land registration, estate settlement, and land titling and documentation.
Atty. Gelie Rose Famillaran
Managing Associate
Atty. Gelie finished her BA in Political Science at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in 2013. She proceeded to take her law studies at the Unviersity of San Agustin and graduated with her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017. She was one of the top 10 finishers in the comprehensive examinations conducted for bar candidates the year before. In January 2018, she joined the law firm as a paralegal where she assisted both the lawyers of the firm, clients, as well as the staff in various administrative and inter-office concerns. In May 2018, she passed the bar and as a full-fledged attorney, she is tasked as the managing associate of the firm.
Atty. Kchyrziahshayne Dyñelle

Atty. Kyle passed the Bar Examination in April of 2018 after completing her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City on March 2017 where she was awarded with 5th Honors. Prior to law school Atty Kyle took her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies at the University of the Philippines In the Visayas, graduating in 2012, garnering Cum Laude honors. Before she finished her degree, she was adjudged 1st Runner-Up in the 2011 Ms. Iloilo Dinagyang Beauty Pageant.
While in law school, Atty. Kyle was elected President of the Sigma Alpha Lex College of Law student government. She was also an active member of the USA College of Law debating team, which was chosen as 1st Runner Up, Moot Court Competition, Teehankee Center for Rule of Law, Ateneo Professional Schools, Makati City.
Atty. Nestor Jeremy B. Moreno
Associate
Atty. Jeremy finished his Bachelor of Laws from the University of San Agustin in 2018 and thereafter passed the Bar Examination in 2019. He received his Pre-Bar degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Visayas State University in 2014, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
During his College years, Atty. Jeremy was a champion debater, being the Team Captain of the WVSU Debating Team competing in numerous competitions both within the University and up to the national. His team won the Championship in the Debate sa Bombo 2014, where he was adjudged as the Best Speaker and Best Debater. He was the Philippine Youth Ambassador to Japan in the 2013 Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme held in Tokyo and Nagoya, Japan. His Thesis, “Proficiency in Political Science” was adjudged as the Best Thesis prior to his graduation.
In Law School, Atty. Jeremy was the President of The Parliament, the official mooting and debate organization of the College of Law. He ranked 6th in the 2017 Comprehensive Examinations and took the highest score in Political and International Law with an average of 97%.
Atty. Juanito D. Balasote
Associate
Atty. Balasote finished his undergraduate degree of AB Political Science in West Visayas State University in 2014.
Thereafter, he proceeded to the University of San Agustin College of Law and finished his degree of Bachelor of Laws in 2018.
He took the 2018 Bar Examinations in the same year and passed it in 2019.
He immediately embarked on private practice as an associate of E.T. Reyes III & Associates Law Firm of Atty. Eduardo T. Reyes, III.
Likewise, he was engaged as a legal consultant of the office of the Lone District of Iloilo City.
His field of specialization is on Labor Law, Local Government cases, and criminal law.
Atty. Jordana Jaco
Associate
Atty. Jorge is a certified Iskolar ng Bayan, being a graduate of the University of the Philippines Visayas with a degree of Political Science -Management back in 2013. During her college days, she was an honorific scholar and a grantee of Iskolar sang Iloilo program of the Iloilo Provincial Government. She proceeded to take her law studies at the University of San Agustin and graduated with her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2017.
While in law school, Atty. Jorge was elected as the Prime Minister for Administration of the Parliament Debate Society. In 2015, their team won as the Best Memorial during the Stetson International Debate held in UP Diliman, Quezon City. She also ranked 4th in the 2016 Comprehensive Examinations for bar candidates.
After taking and passing the 2017 Bar Examinations, she became a full-fledged lawyer in 2018. Now, she is also a part-time instructor in the College of Liberal Arts, Sciences and Education of the University of San Agustin and in the College of Marketing and Accountancy of the University of Iloilo.
Atty. Chris Za Bea E. Enate

Atty. Bea finished her college degree of BA Political Science at University of the Philippines – Visayas in the year 2015. She then proceeded to take her law studies at the University of San Agustin where she placed 5th in the 2018 Law Written Comprehensive Examination and she was also awarded 5th Honors when she graduated last 2019. She passed the Bar Examination in 2020.
While in law school, she was one of the researchers of her team where they placed 1st runner – up in the 2nd Wenceslao Moot Court Competition 2016. She was also an officer of the Portia Club and Bar Operations of the University of San Agustin College of Law.

Hon. Judge Nelita Jesusa A. Bacaling (On-Leave)
Designated as its Managing Partner upon the firm’s inception in 2012, then Attorney Bacaling was instrumental in its steady build-up into a firm which is now comprised of seven (7) attorneys assembled to provide legal service to twenty (20) retainer firms, 200 individual clients and more than 100 active pending cases in first level and appellate courts.
She helped design and run the firm’s office system in the areas of human resource, finance, inventory, communications and general operation.
Attorney Bacaling earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce major in Management from the University of San Agustin. She proceeded to take up law from the same university in 1995 and graduated 4th in her class in 1999. She worked in various reputable law firms and companies in Manila until 2008 when she joined the Reyes Law Office of Atty. Eduardo N. Reyes, Jr. as an associate handling family court cases.
She used to sit as corporate secretary in various companies in Ortigas and Makati and dispensed advise of multifarious concerns of clients’ businesses. With her vast experience in corporate practice in the Central Business District of Manila, she has steered the firm in handling corporate accounts and guiding clients in complying with regulations and requirements from Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue and other regulatory bodies.
In 2012, Attorney Bacaling was invited to teach at her Alma Mater handling the subjects of Civil Law Review, Obligations and Contracts, and Insurance Law, which she still teaches up to the present.
She was appointed Regional Trial Court Judge of Branch 72, Guimbal, Iloilo in February 2017 and she is presently on-leave from the firm.

Atty. Ma. Monica Leticia T. Espinosa
(Now Assistant Prosecuting Attorney)
She graduated from the Central Philippine University with a Degree in Political Science, where she was part of its class’ debating team. She joined the ET Reyes & Associates Law Firm in 2015 and since then until now she specializes in annulment cases, petitions for judicial recognition of foreign divorce and other Family law cases.
She previously taught at the Central Philippine University College of Commerce handling the subject of Corporations and Partnership. She is an active member JCI, Iloilo where is voted to a prominent position.
Atty. Enna Fleuer Trivilegio
She graduated from the University of San Agustin Law School Batch 2016 and passed the Bar in 2017. She joined the law firm in the same year until she was appointed as public Attorney with the Public Attorney’s Office.
Atty. Josefa Maria A. Castro
Atty. Joey finished her Bachelor of Laws at the University of San Agustin (USA) in Iloilo, March of 2017 and passed the Bar Examinations, April of 2018. At USA Law, she garnered the highest (Top 1) grade in the subject of Legal Ethics during the Comprehensive Examinations given to graduating students of that year and was graded Top 6th Placer over-all in the same examinations. While in law school, Atty Joey served as the Chief Editor of the Augustinian Law Gazette and in 2015, she was judged 2nd Best Oralist during the Claudio Teehankee Moot Court Competition held at the Ateneo Professional Schools in Makati City.
Atty. Joey’s writing and debating skills were certainly honed earlier when at the USA College of Liberal Arts, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the USA Publications and was Team Captain of the USA Debate Team. In 2013 she received the Degree of AB Political Science from the same University.
Atty. Rustum Daniel Waldo H. Doctora
Atty. Tokie finished his Bachelor of Laws from the University of San Agustin in 2018 as Salutatorian and thereafter passed the Bar Examination in 2019. He received his Pre-Bar degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University San Agustin in 2013.
He was a Researcher of the USA College of Law Moot Court Team at the 2nd Justicia Rule of Law Moot Court Competition 2016 held at Teehankee Center for the Ateneo Professional School (November 2016). He topped the 2017 Law Written Comprehensive Exams, University of San Agustin College of Law, further he got the highest grades for Remedial Law (scored 95%) and Civil Law in the Law Written Comprehensive Exams.
He was 1st runner-up in the 2ND Wenceslao Moot Court Competition, 2016, University of San Agustin College of Law and was part of the University of San Agustin – College of Law Basketball Team that won the Championship during the 2015 USA Intramurals.
Atty. John Leo D. Solinap
He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. He took up law at the University of San Agustin where he graduated 4th in his class. He passed the Bar in 2016 and immediately thereafter joined the E.T. Reyes III & Associates Law Firm where he serves as Head Associate of Litigation handling criminal defense and prosecution, civil damage suits, and other litigable cases.

Atty. Shiela Mae Asorio
She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. She took up law studies at the University of San Agustin. She passed the Bar in 2016 and immediately thereafter joined the E.T. Reyes III & Associates Law Firm where she now serves as Head of Corporate and Labor Concerns and land disputes, where she is exposed to handle day to day legal needs of various retainer clients.
